Michael Israel

Président – Fund Manager

Michael Israel started his career in 2000 at Paribas. He joined in 2001 Rothschild & Cie in Paris. He joined Merrill Lynch in 2005, where he led a team specialized in corporate credit in special situation. His team covered all corporate credit instruments with special emphasis on structured credits, European high yield market and emerging market for an outstanding amount of USD 500 million. Michael left Merrill Lynch in 2012 to create IVO Capital Partners with Roland Vigne and Sidney Oury. Michael co-manages the IVO Fixed Income UCITS fund with Roland Vigne. He is also a member of the investment committee of IVO Litigation Finance funds.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree from Toulouse Business School 

Roland vigne

Managing Director - Fund Manager

Roland Vigne began his career with the Canadian bank Scotia Capital in Mexico City as part of the debt restructuring team. In 2005, he joined Merrill Lynch, first in Mexico City and after in New York as a proprietary trader, where he was part of a team responsible for a USD 1 billion corporate debt book. In 2009, he joined Nomura Securities in São Paulo, Brazil as Executive Director and assisted oil companies in issuing structured debt.  Roland co-manages the IVO Fixed Income UCITS fund with Michael Israel and is a member of the investment committee of IVO Litigation Finance funds.

Roland holds a Master’s Degree from Toulouse Business School and an MBA in Finance from the Arizona State University.

Sidney Oury

Managing Director

Sidney Oury is a founding partner of IVO Capital Partners.He focuses primarily on the managed account activities and develops all the group’s businesses.

Before founding IVO, Sidney gained substantial experience in Asset Management and Private Banking in New York and Paris with Merrill Lynch. He developed the European high yield and emerging market asset management business for third parties. Sidney began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris in 2004 in the audit team dedicated to new technologies. 

Sidney graduated from Neoma Business School and holds a BA from the University of Lyon II.

Marion Bougel

Secretary-General

Marion Bougel joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2018 as Secretary General. Prior to this position, she spent 7 years at Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance (Ernst & Young) as an expert in corporate finance, financial valuation, damage assessment, assistance to parties, risk management and regulatory guidance in transaction processes. Prior to this experience, Marion spent 8 years at the Accounting Department of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), including 3 years at the Secretariat of the Committee of European Securities Regulators (ESMA). Marion plays a cross-functional role at IVO Capital Partners where she supervises the legal and financial department as well as the human resources department. She is a member of the investment committee for IVO Litigation Finance funds. 

Marion graduated from the ESCP and is a chartered accountant.

Nicolas Cressot

Trading Desk

Nicolas Cressot started his career in 2011 with the family bank Bordier & Co in Paris. In November 2013, Nicolas joined IVO Capital Partners as Head of the negotiation table and management of private mandates. Nicolas is mainly responsible for trading in the IVO Fixed Income Fund and is a member of the Investment Committee.

Nicolas holds a Master 2 in Financial Engineering and a Specialised Master in Wealth Management from ESCP Europe. He completed most of his education abroad (Shanghai, Dublin, Madrid).

Clémence Roissard

Analyst

Clémence Roissard joined IVO Capital Partners in January 2020 as an Analyst, after a year and a half spent in the EY-Parthenon consulting firm in Paris. 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the ESCP.

Romain Lacoste

Fund Manager - Analyst

After several internships in investment banking, mainly at Société Générale CIB in Trade Finance, where he helped set up discount agreements worth over USD 200 million, Romain joined IVO Capital Partners in September 2014 as a financial analyst for the IVO Fixed Income fund. He has been co-managing the IVO Fixed Income and IVO Fixed Income Short Duration funds since 2019. Romain is a member of the Fund’s Investment Committee.

He holds a Master in Financial Management from the ESSEC and is CFA chartered.

HADRIEN TEISSEDRE

Middle Office - Risks

Before joining IVO Capital Partners, Hadrien Teissedre worked for two years at CACEIS as a middle office manager. He also completed several internships, both at large organisations (CACEIS, LCL) and smaller companies. He joined IVO Capital Partners at the beginning of 2019 as Head of Middle Office and Risk management.

Hadrien holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the ISC Paris Business School. He completed part of his studies abroad, including a semester in Ecuador, and took a gap year in Canada.

BARBARA GIBOT LECLERC

ISR ANALYST

Barbara Gibot-Leclerc joined IVO Capital Partners in May 2020 to implement IVO Capital Partners’ new policy of responsible investment and ISR integration.

Previously, she trained through several internships in participatory financing (Solylend), credit analysis (Triodos Finance) and real estate and sustainable finance consulting (Green Soluce).

Barbara holds a Master 2 degree from HEC Paris. 

Hugo Lestiboudois

Fund Manager

Hugo Lestiboudois began his career at BlackRock Solutions in London, before joining the UK teams of alternative investment fund Cerberus Capital Management LP in 2015, working primarily on European non-performing loan transactions. He then worked as a structured and distressed debt investment analyst for AgFe LLP, a debt fund and investment advisory firm in London specialized in private, complex and illiquid assets and structures.

Hugo joined IVO Capital Partners in August 2017 to focus on private credit and litigation finance investments. He is now in charge of the alternative investments desk.

Hugo holds a Master’s in Financial Economics and an MSc. in Risk and Finance, both from EDHEC Business School.

Romain Lippe

Head of Development

After working in several private and investment banking roles in the equity derivatives sales teams at SGCIB, Romain Lippe began his career in 2011 in the Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales and Structuring team at JP Morgan in London.

He then joined IVO Capital at the beginning of 2014 as Head of Development.

Romain holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance (104 – Research in Finance) from Paris Dauphine University.

Paul de Beauchef de Servigny

Legal Analyst

After several internships in law firm teams, mainly in the Corporate and M&A team at Ayache Salama in Paris, followed by a VIE in the Global Finance COO teams at Société Générale CIB in New York, Paul joined IVO Capital Partners in October 2018 as a legal analyst. Paul focuses mainly on the analysis and monitoring of litigation finance transactions.

Paul holds a Master’s degree in French and English Business Law and a Master’s degree in Comparative Business Law from the University of Paris X. He also holds a Master’s degree in LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of Berkeley, California, and was admitted to the New York Stake Bar Association in July 2018.

Florian Pelloux

Investor Relations

Florian began his career in November 2013 at MyFunds, where he was in charge of developing the French, Belgian and Luxembourg markets on behalf of several international Asset Managers.

He then joined Métropole Gestion in 2018 to cover the German-speaking countries as well as France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Florian joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2020 to steer the company’s development on an international scale.

He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and Asset Management from the EDHEC Business School.

Thomas Peyre

Analyst

Thomas began his career at AXA IM in New York as a credit hedge fund analyst in February 2018. In August 2019, Thomas joined IVO Capital Partners in Mexico City as a IVO Fixed Income fund analyst.

He holds a double Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Finance from the EDHEC Business School and passed all three levels of the CFA exam.

Amina Labjioui

Administrative and Financial Manager

Amina Labjioui began her career in 2014 in a work-study programme, working as a Financial Controller at La Poste for two years. She then worked at PwC for three years as a Senior Auditor specialising in investment funds and real estate.

She joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2019 as Administrative and Financial Manager.

Amina holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Auditing and Management from the Paris School of Business.

Ismail mouline

Specialty Finance

After several internships at EY (auditor) and IVO Capital (analyst) Ismaïl starts his career in September 2016 at IMG, global leader in sport business, as a sales in the Media / TV Rights department.

He then joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2021 to develop the private credit activities.

He holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.

MARIN BOURGEOIS

ANALYST

Marin Bourgeois joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2020 as an analyst on the IVO Fixed Income fund.

Marin has two years of experience in Finance. He was trained in asset management first as an Equity Buy-side (Comgest) and Sell-side (Kepler Chevreux) Analyst, then as a Transaction Services Analyst (Deloitte) and Private Equity (Sparring Capital).

Marin holds a Master in Finance from Toulouse Business School and an MBA in Finance from Laval University in Canada.

Office Manager

Penelope started in 2010 her career as International Admissions Coordinator with a strategic communication approach in the General Direction of International Relations at the University of Veracruzana”. After several academic internships abroad (USA, Canada, France and New Zealand), she joined Total, as manager of administrative operations in the Exploration and Production Department.
She joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2020 as office manager.

Penelope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Marketing. She is fluent in 4 languages (Spanish, French, English and Portuguese).

sIMON CADOSCH

MIDDLE OFFICE

After co-managing the student investment fund of the College of New Jersey, Simon Casosch interned at Ferrari North America as a financial analyst.

In September 2020, Simon returned to Paris and brought his international student experience to IVO Capital Partners, in the middle office. His focus is on UCITS funds and client wealth management.

Simon graduated Magna Cum Laude in Finance from The College of New Jersey. 

Angelica Salinas

Sales assistant

Angélica joined IVO Capital Partners in May 2020 as Investors Relations and Data Management support.

Angélica holds a Master 2 Degree in Financial Markets and Risk Management from NEOMA Business School.

During one year, she represented Colombia at the investment banking contest CFA Research Challenge (Boston), as financial analyst. Then, she interned in Amundi Asset Management within the Request for Proposal department.

Gisèle Da Costa

Office Manager

For 15 years, Gisèle shared her career between concierge services, where she surpassed the expectations of a demanding clientele, and event management, where she did everything possible to create unique moments.

Following a professional reconversion, Gisèle joined IVO Capital Partners in March 2021 as an office manager.

She has a degree in concierge services and customer relations.
